professionalism, expertise, and patience concerning my orthodontic
treatment. As a more mature patient with a challenging orthodontic case
that included an overbite as well as additional alignment problems, I
was always hesitant to seek treatment. I did not want to receive
treatment from an orthodontic mill that offered impersonal
run-of-the-mill treatments along with hundreds of other patients. After
